ACER ASPIRE ONE D270 HITS FCC

The Acer Aspire One D270 is one of the first 10 inch netbooks to sport the 1.6GHz Intel Atom N2600 dual core processor. It hasn’t started shipping yet, but the launch date is fast approaching. The netbook passed through FCC last week which is an indication that its launch is imminent.

The Aspire One D270 has a 10 inch matte display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. It has also got 3 USB 2.0 ports, 1GB of DDR3 memory and a 320GB hard drive. Other specifications include HDMI output port and WiFi 802.11b/g/n.

The FCC documents indicate that the official model number of this netbook is Acer ZE7. When it hits the market it will be called Aspire One D270 or Aspire One Happy.
A similar netbook called LT4004u is already available from Acer subsidiary Gateway.
